A remote job means you’re still employed by a company — you just happen to work remotely.

A remote business is different. You decide what services you offer, who you work with, what you charge and how you structure your work. Instead of applying for jobs, you work with clients who hire you for your expertise.

That’s what I help women build: a business that gives you more ownership over your work, income and time.

You don’t need to come up with a completely new business idea. We look at what you already know: your career, skills, experience, strengths and the problems you know how to solve.

Very often, your business is already somewhere inside the experience you’ve built over the years. We just need to turn it into something people will pay for.

The question isn't only “What am I good at?” It’s also: Who needs this skill, what problem does it solve, and how can we package it into a service?

That's where a skill starts becoming a business.

No. And for most women, I wouldn't recommend doing that without a plan.

You can start building alongside your current job: getting clear on your services, positioning yourself, finding your first clients and creating a financial runway.

The goal isn't to make one huge leap and hope it works. The goal is to build your way out.

You don't need thousands of followers or a huge network.

We start by getting very clear on what you offer, who needs it and why they should hire you. From there, you can use your existing network, LinkedIn, communities, direct outreach, referrals, freelance platforms and content to start conversations with potential clients.

Client acquisition is something you learn. You don't have to magically know how to do it before you start.

Absolutely not.

Having ansocial media online presence can help, but building a remote business doesn't mean turning your entire life into content. Most CEO's and clients don't even look there for you.

There are many ways to find clients. Your business model should fit you, your personality and the way you actually want to work — not whatever everyone on Instagram tells you you're supposed to do.

Usually much less than people think.

If you're building a service-based business around skills you already have, you don't need stock, an office or a huge investment to get started. Your initial costs can be relatively small.

What's more important is understanding your personal finances, your minimum income needs and your runway, so you can build without putting yourself under unnecessary financial pressure.

No , and I actually think the experience you've built can be one of your biggest advantages. I started when I was 38!

You're not starting from zero. You're starting with years of professional experience, life experience, relationships, knowledge and skills.

You don't need to reinvent yourself or throw your career away.

You can build from everything you've already done , just on your own terms this time.
